OPU is one component oil-soluble polyurethane grouting material it reacts with water and expand to be a foamm, which is a compund of MDI. It is a polymerization injection of polyisocyanate and Polyether Polyol. It has an immediate water stop effeccct on concrete and base strengthening for flood stoppage. Features: Fast foam speed High foam rate Good for gushing water, honeycomb structure, strengthening Non shrink Good for static seam Product characteristic: 1.Good hydophobicity, immediate polymerization after injection, solidly mix togheter with gavel and mud. 2. Controllable solidification time. Reaction time can be controlled within couple of seconds to hundreds of second when injection meets water. 3. High expansion rate, no retraction, stront coherence with base, great intensity after solidificatiohn. 4.
